Chances are you don't live to exercise. For many people, exercise is a way to maintain or improve their quality of life.

And that is our main focus.

We want you to live longer, happier and healthier lives.

Our functional fitness training and programs are designed to train and develop your muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities, such as carrying groceries or playing a game of basketball with your kids.

We train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize on core stability.

As you add functional exercises to your workout, you will see improvements in your ability to perform your everyday activities and in your quality of life. That's quite a return on your exercise investment.


 It's hard to believe that we had to shut our doors 8 weeks ago. To say that we are excited to announce our reopening is an understatement! Thank you for sticking with us, supporting us and trusting us with all these decisions. Please take the time to read through this important information because these protocols are essential to us reopening and remaining open. 


We will be offering two services, limited class sizes and personal training. Class size limit is 6 with 4 on a wait list. The purpose of the limited class size is to ensure the procedures and protocols are enforced and repeatable. Classes are posted and ready for you to reserve your spot in the MindBody App.

We are taking our schedule week by week right now. Changes and additions to the schedule will continue as the reopening phases change until we are open 100%.

 Guidelines and Protocols

Your health and safety is the upmost important to us, we want you to know that. Here are the protocols and procedures we have to be following...

  • REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS. Registering for the class you want to attend is MANDATORY, at least one hour prior to its start time. (If you do not register please do not just show up, we need everyone registering) If you can not come to the class you registered for you must cancel it through the system so the person on the wait list can be bumped up into the class. Cancellation is minimum 2 hours prior to start time. There will be a $10 no show fee if you no show a wait listed class.
  • Sanitize your hands up to your wrists when entering the gym. We have a sanitation station set up right when you walk in the big doors, use it.
  • Social distancing will be practiced. Maintain at least 6 feet separation from individuals not within the same household. (Each black mat is 6 feet in length)
  • Bring back the equipment that was lent out to you
  • Bring your mask and gloves. For safety reasons we are required to ask you to have them with you but it is up to you if you are comfortable or not with wearing them. The State is suggesting that you wear gloves in gyms but it is not required. We are not requiring you to wear them since we are an open air gym.
  • No sharing of equipment unless you are from the same household or you drive together.
  • Equipment and machines are be wiped down and cleaned after every use. Cleaning procedures will be discussed before every class.
  • Bring your mat if you want to use one, we can not leave ours out for use
  • All classes wait outside until we give you the go ahead to come in. We will have classes overlapping and have to limit the number in the gym area.
  • Class Pass Holders you passes have been extended. If yours has not been please talk to Coach Bev.
  • If you need or want to continue doing the at home workouts talk to us.
  • We are offering discounted personal training and small group sessions to help you get back on track, reach your goals and or set new goals with that specialized one on one attention. Come talk to us about setting up your appointment or schedule it through the app.

 It has been a long two months but on the 18th we get to come back to the gym. Again, we want to give a huge shout out and thank you to you and our BB-Works family for sticking with us and their fitness at home through these past two months. We truly would not be here without you. We are excited to see everyone and reunite next week!
