This class is a mixture of strength, conditioning, cross training, and functional movement. The goal is to improve overall performance by focusing on total fitness through a variety of skills. Class workouts are never the same! Participants will improve their fitness in a small group atmosphere. There is no need for any prior experience, all activities in class can be modified and scaled to suite any and all participants. You will use a mixture of barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, slam balls, water balls, pvc pipes, sandbags, jump ropes, Rowers, Air Bikes, SkiErg and some of our own homemade equipment to give you a unique experience that you won't find at any other gym.
Ready for a challenge? High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short) is the fastest way to burn fat and get the lean. In this class you will give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery periods. HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. Our intervals will change with every class. You will be using a mixture of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, the rower, Air Bike, SkiErg, jump ropes and more but never a barbell in this class.
Quick-Fit is a great place to “start your engine” if you are new to working out, if you enjoy a lower intensity training program or if you want to boost your metabolism. Quick-Fit workouts include daily metabolic conditioning (cardio), in addition to basic bodyweight exercises & core work with the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and more. As always, coaches are always watching and coaching you to ensure your workout is appropriately adjusted to your ability and goals.
